Job Duties
- Prepare our bread and pastry recipes from scratch to produce consistent results
- Complete your prep list, follow all specs, and stock food as needed
- Portion all the products, follow the recipes, and always make sure the presentation looks great
- Keep it clean! Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your workstation stays clean and organized, and follow all the food handling standards
