Job Requirements

- previous professional experience as a pastry cook
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- at least four years of experience in a high volume restaurant
- passion for food exploration and creativity
- ability to work flexible hours including late nights and weekends
- strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- prepare pastries and desserts according to recipes and guest preferences
- ensure the quality and presentation of all pastry items
- assist in the creation of new pastry dishes and menu items
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
- support management in daily kitchen operations
- adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
