Job Requirements

  • valid work authorization for the united states
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous professional experience as a pastry cook
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible schedule availability
  • strong attention to detail
  • commitment to food safety and hygiene

Job Qualifications

  • at least four years of experience in a high volume restaurant
  • passion for food exploration and creativity
  • ability to work flexible hours including late nights and weekends
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • reliable and honest work ethic

Job Duties

  • prepare pastries and desserts according to recipes and guest preferences
  • ensure the quality and presentation of all pastry items
  • assist in the creation of new pastry dishes and menu items
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
  • support management in daily kitchen operations
  • adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • collaborate with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
