  • minimum 2 years of pastry experience
  • college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • valid food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work extended hours

Job Duties

  • assist in the preparation of pastries
  • bake and present a variety of pastries, cakes, and confections
  • collaborate with pastry chefs to develop new recipes and techniques
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstation
  • ensure quality control of all dessert products
  • adhere to food safety standards
  • support inventory management for pastry ingredients
