Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a pastry cook or similar role
- Knowledge of pastry arts and baking techniques
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and adherence to health regulations
- Motivated and positive attitude towards work and learning

Job Duties
- Bake and create in a specific station
- Learn the Maman recipes
- Always keep the kitchen sparkling, no one likes working in a messy place!
- Skillfully completing all facets of Viennoiserie and Pastry production from scaling to mixing, laminating, shaping, baking, decorating
- Follow the guidelines of the pastry chef as well as DOH rules and company policies
