Job Requirements
- At least two years of prior baking or pastry experience
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts
- Willingness to learn and dedication to food, technique, and hospitality
- Commitment to professionalism inspired by fine dining
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand and be active for 6-8 hour shifts
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute pastries using recipe instructions and proper portioning methods
- Respond to the Chef or manager on duty
- Maintain a clean and organized work station while preparing desserts
- Frequently walk, kneel, bend, and reach
- Lift items up to 50 pounds to waist level
- Lift, move, and carry up to 80 pounds frequently
- Remain standing and active for 6-8 hour shifts
- Safely use cleaning agents
