Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in professional cooking
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to read, speak, and interpret documents in English
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- organized, motivating, and personable
- working knowledge of reservation management systems preferred

- Minimum 1-3 years professional cooking experience in a restaurant or similar establishment
- high school diploma or equivalent education
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to read, speak, and interpret documents in clear English

Job Duties
- Oversee assigned areas of pastry production and work service
- execute recipes
- maintain kitchen equipment
- always be on time
- use working knowledge of basic pastry techniques such as scaling, mixing, proofing, baking, decorating, and finishing
- assist in the production of a dynamic pastry program including seasonal specials
- ensure quality standards are achieved daily
- assure all necessary items are in the restaurant or bakery at the start of the shift
- communicate any needs in appropriate timeframe
- ensure all ingredients meet quality standards and align with those established by the Chef
