Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts to meet the needs of different dining concepts
  • follow recipes and maintain high standards for quality, taste, and presentation
  • operate and maintain a hearth oven for artisanal breads and rolls
  • apply strong baking fundamentals and techniques (proofing, decorating, plating, filling, etc.)
  • maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist with inventory, storage, and daily cleaning tasks
  • communicate effectively with culinary and dining teams
