Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts to meet the needs of different dining concepts
- follow recipes and maintain high standards for quality, taste, and presentation
- operate and maintain a hearth oven for artisanal breads and rolls
- apply strong baking fundamentals and techniques (proofing, decorating, plating, filling, etc.)
- maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with inventory, storage, and daily cleaning tasks
- communicate effectively with culinary and dining teams
