Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
  • prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing prior to use
  • safely and properly utilize tools, equipment, and appliances for measuring and baking
  • follow and ensure compliance with food safety and personal hygiene policies
  • check and verify proper temperature of kitchen appliances and food
  • wash and disinfect kitchen area
  • organize and divide workstations
  • monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the shift
  • comply with all company policies including safety procedures
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
  • participate in safety training and certifications
  • maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
  • communicate clearly and professionally with others
  • support the team to achieve common goals
  • follow quality standards and expectations
  • move, lift, transport, push, drag, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted
  • traverse inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces
  • perform stretching, bending, twisting, and stooping as needed
  • stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
