Job Requirements

  • less than one year of related work experience
  • ability to work flexible shifts
  • able to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • must comply with personal hygiene and food safety policies
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • willingness to perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, and navigating inclined or slippery surfaces
  • no supervisor experience required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards
  • prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing
  • use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and appropriately
  • monitor cooking appliance and food temperatures and report issues
  • clean and sanitize kitchen areas and maintain workstations following hygiene procedures
  • oversee food quality and portion sizes during shifts
  • comply with company policies including safety reporting and training
  • communicate clearly and professionally with team and handle telephone calls properly
  • support teamwork to achieve common goals
  • perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving objects up to 25 pounds, navigating various surfaces, bending, and standing for prolonged periods
  • perform additional reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
