Job Requirements

  • Ability to set up and maintain a clean and organized workstation

Job Duties

  • Leverage culinary skills and techniques to prep and run the pastry station during service
  • Prepare and reproduce menu items that exceed guest expectations
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain a positive and energetic work environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety guidelines
  • Understand all ingredients as they pertain to recipe preparation
  • Work calmly and efficiently under pressure
  • Continuously expand knowledge of food and beverage through learning and innovation
