Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant pastry cook experience
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Effective communication skills in English
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Understanding of dietary needs and nutritional information
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to provide photo examples of work
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience as a pastry cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance
- Understanding of measurements, conversions, nutrition, and diet
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to provide photo samples of pastry creations
Job Duties
- Prepare pastries, baked goods, and desserts according to recipes and dietary orders
- Organize pastry production cost-effectively and following health and safety standards
- Maintain workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
- Comply with personal hygiene and dress code standards
- Operate and maintain kitchen tools and equipment properly
