Job Duties

  • Complete necessary food and station preparation prior to the opening of the restaurant in order to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently
  • Recognize quality standards in fresh ingredients and products
  • Deliver pastries that are baked according to the recipe and plating specs
  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and baking equipment
  • Prepare ingredients to use in cooking baking
  • Cook food in various utensils or ovens
  • Ensure attractive presentation and quality of all food and pastries
  • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
  • Assist Sous-Chef efforts to improve general quality of the pastries and baking goods being served
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by your supervisor
