Job Qualifications

minimum one year of pastry cooking experience
experience in fine dining restaurants is a plus
strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredient properties

Job Duties

prepare and produce a variety of desserts
maintain full knowledge of the pastry menu and techniques
manage and organize the pastry station
ensure proper rotation and usage of ingredients
work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
collaborate with other kitchen staff during production and service
uphold professional standards of cleanliness and food safety
