- 1-2 years of professional pastry or baking experience preferred
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure

Job Duties
- Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, cookies, and plated desserts following established recipes and standards
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper food safety in the pastry kitchen
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Pastry Chef to ensure consistency and creativity across all menus
- Contribute to ideas for seasonal and member-focused dessert offerings
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering of pastry supplies
- Support the culinary team in executing special events and banquets
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
