Job Requirements
- At least two years prior baking or pastry experience
- Creativity and passion for the culinary arts

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute pastries using recipe instructions, proper portioning methods, pastry techniques and standards to fulfill guest orders
- Respond promptly to the Chef/Manager on duty
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while preparing desserts
- Frequently walk, kneel, bend, and reach as part of pastry preparation tasks
- Bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 pounds to waist level
- Safely lift, move and carry up to 80 pounds frequently
- Remain standing and active for a 6-8 hour shift
- Safely use cleaning agents to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
