Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of one to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people
- Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs including counting money
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, and reach with hands and arms regularly
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently
- Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to maintain specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Willingness to work in a noisy environment
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers and vendors including participation in and promotion of customer service programs to continuously improve customer service
- Prepares and bakes cakes, cookies, pies, puddings, or desserts, according to recipe
- Measures ingredients, using measuring cups and spoons
- Mixes ingredients to form dough or batter, using electric mixer or beats and stirs ingredients by hand
- Shapes dough for cookies, pies, and fancy pastries, using pie dough roller and cookie cutters or by hand
- Places shaped dough portions in greased or floured pans and inserts them in oven, using long-handled paddle (peel)
- Adjusts drafts or thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperatures
- Prepares and cooks ingredients for pie fillings, puddings, custards, or other desserts
- Pours filling into pie shells and tops filling with meringue or cream
- Mixes ingredients to make icings
- Decorates cakes and pastries products for all venues
- Follow appropriate food handling procedures to ensure safe, quality products
- Maintain freshness of food and beverage items by rotating items as needed and maintaining items at appropriate temperatures
- Perform tasks to ensure an attractive and safe physical appearance of working areas including cleaning and sanitizing all areas
- Ensure supplies and products are stocked as needed including ensuring that supplies are stocked for the next shift
- Follow company procedures for preparing recipes and products
- Coordinate changes in numbers and menus in catering or sales
- Safe and efficient use of all kitchen equipment
- Perform tasks to ensure an attractive and safe physical appearance of working areas including cleaning and sanitizing all areas and removal of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, debris and litter and cleaning floors
- Assist in operation of other food and beverage venues as needed
- Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
- Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter
- Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements
- Any job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel
