Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Use baking and measuring equipment safely
- Follow food safety handling and personal hygiene procedures
- Monitor temperatures of kitchen appliances and food
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area and set-up and break-down work stations
- Maintain uniform and professional appearance
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Communicate professionally and maintain positive work relationships
- Comply with quality expectations and safety policies
- Move and handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
