Job Requirements

  • Available to work weekends
  • available to work mornings/afternoons (5:00am - 2:00pm)
  • ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
  • willingness to learn and grow
  • preferred 2-3 years previous experience
  • valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) card
  • ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
  • must be at least 18 years of age or have valid work permit
  • reliable transportation to work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2-3 years previous pastry or baking experience preferred
  • valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) card
  • knowledge of sanitary food handling and safety standards
  • ability to work varied hours and weekends
  • positive, attentive, and hospitable attitude
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Bake and decorate products as listed on the bakery inventory list
  • ensure all products are prepped and baked properly
  • taste product for quality assurance
  • mix products correctly and accurately
  • properly store all products at the end of each day
  • fill out bakery inventory sheet daily
  • maintain product par levels
  • load delivery vans with bakery products
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery work areas
  • adhere to sanitary food handling practices
