Job Duties
- Bake and create in a specific station
- Learn the Maman recipes
- Always keep the kitchen sparkling
- Skillfully complete all facets of Viennoiserie and pastry production from scaling to mixing, laminating, shaping, baking, decorating
- Follow the guidelines of the pastry chef as well as DOH rules and company policies
