Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a professional kitchen or bakery
  • familiarity with pastry techniques and safety standards
  • physical ability to meet job demands including lifting 50lbs
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility in schedule including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Bake and create in a specific station
  • learn the Maman recipes
  • always keep the kitchen sparkling and clean
  • skillfully complete all facets of viennoiserie and pastry production from scaling to mixing, laminating, shaping, baking, decorating
  • follow the guidelines of the pastry chef as well as DOH rules and company policies
  • collaborate effectively with team members to maintain high standards
  • adapt to evolving tasks and company culture
