  • Ability to remain standing and active for a 6-8 hour shift

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute pastries using recipe instructions, proper portioning methods, pastry techniques and standards to fulfill guest orders
  • Respond to the Chef/Manager on duty
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation while preparing desserts
  • Perform frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching
  • Lift items up to 50 pounds to waist level
  • Frequently lift, move and carry up to 80 pounds
  • Remain standing and active for a 6-8 hour shift
  • Safely use cleaning agents
