Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute pastries using recipe instructions and proper portioning methods
  • Respond to the Chef/Manager on duty
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station while preparing desserts
  • Perform frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching
  • Lift items up to 50 pounds to waist level and frequently move and carry up to 80 pounds
  • Remain standing and active for 6-8-hour shifts
  • Safely use cleaning agents
