Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of one to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people
- Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently
- Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds frequently
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Willingness to work in a sometimes very loud environment
- Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements

Job Duties
- Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers and vendors including participation in and promotion of customer service programs to continuously improve customer service
- Prepare and bake cakes, cookies, pies, puddings, or desserts according to recipe
- Measure ingredients using measuring cups and spoons
- Mix ingredients to form dough or batter using electric mixer or by hand
- Shape dough for cookies, pies, and fancy pastries using pie dough roller and cookie cutters or by hand
- Place shaped dough portions in greased or floured pans and insert them in oven using long-handled paddle
- Adjust drafts or thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperatures
- Prepare and cook ingredients for pie fillings, puddings, custards, or other desserts
- Pour filling into pie shells and top filling with meringue or cream
- Mix ingredients to make icings
- Decorate cakes and pastry products for all venues
- Follow appropriate food handling procedures to ensure safe, quality products
- Maintain freshness of food and beverage items by rotating items as needed and maintaining items at appropriate temperatures
- Perform tasks to ensure an attractive and safe physical appearance of working areas including cleaning and sanitizing all areas
- Ensure supplies and products are stocked as needed including stocking supplies for the next shift
- Follow company procedures for preparing recipes and products
- Coordinate changes in numbers and menus in catering or sales
- Use all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform cleaning tasks including removal of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, debris, and litter and cleaning floors
- Assist in operation of other food and beverage venues as needed
- Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
- Complete and submit reports as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards
- Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements
- Perform any job duty needed to promote productivity or any reasonable request made by supervisors or management
