Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant or venue-based pastry kitchen
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Strong understanding of diverse pastry techniques and baking fundamentals
- Passion for creativity and menu development
- A commitment to quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Ability to work prolonged standing, bending, and lifting
- Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and special events
- Ability to tolerate high-paced, high-heat environments
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant or venue-based pastry kitchen

- ServSafe Manager certification is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Pastry team to produce high-quality sweet and savory baked goods
- Work closely with Events staff before and during service to ensure proper execution of standards and Guest vision
- Execute daily prep lists and contribute to menu development
- Attend weekly Banquet Event Order meetings to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, following all sanitation and safety protocols
- Assist with inventory and ingredient ordering and management
- Operate within and uphold O+O Hospitality's Core Values
