Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years pastry or bakery experience in similar establishments
- Valid Food Handlers card
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years pastry or bakery experience in hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
- Valid Food Handlers card
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Flexibility in schedule
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Duties
- Produce pastry and bakery items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Follow instructions from Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Cook Lead
- Ensure timely preparation of meals and event items
- Adhere to Dining Services policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
