Job Requirements

  • Legal work authorization in the United States
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Service passion
  • Previous experience in pastry preparation
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Pastry degree
  • At least 6 months previous experience in a similar environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Comfortable with computer systems

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the preparation, execution, and production of pastries in the resort
  • Providing guests with a selection of delicious pastry choices and fresh bakery products on a daily basis
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborating with the pastry team to develop new recipes
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Assisting with special event pastry orders
