Job Requirements
- Legal work authorization in the United States
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Service passion
- Previous experience in pastry preparation
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Pastry degree
- At least 6 months previous experience in a similar environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Comfortable with computer systems
Job Duties
- Responsible for the preparation, execution, and production of pastries in the resort
- Providing guests with a selection of delicious pastry choices and fresh bakery products on a daily basis
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Collaborating with the pastry team to develop new recipes
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Assisting with special event pastry orders
