Job Requirements

  • Must have a pastry degree
  • minimum of 6 months experience in a similar setting
  • fluent in English both verbally and written
  • capable of lifting 50lbs and standing for long periods
  • strong passion for service

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the preparation, execution, and production of pastries in the resort
  • providing guests with a selection of delicious pastry choices and fresh bakery products daily
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
  • assisting with inventory control and ingredient ordering as needed
  • collaborating with the pastry chef and culinary team to innovate menu offerings
  • ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • supporting other kitchen functions as assigned
