Job Duties
- Responsible for the preparation, execution, and production of pastries in the resort
- providing guests with a selection of delicious pastry choices and fresh bakery products daily
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
- assisting with inventory control and ingredient ordering as needed
- collaborating with the pastry chef and culinary team to innovate menu offerings
- ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- supporting other kitchen functions as assigned
