Job Requirements

  • must have legal authorization to work in the united states
  • previous experience in a luxury fast-paced pastry kitchen
  • proficiency in english reading writing and speaking
  • ability to maintain safe and sanitary working conditions
  • must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare sweet items pastries cakes ice creams sorbets fruit compotes chocolates and show pieces according to guest and banquet event orders
  • maintain adherence to production requirements and quality standards
  • ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
  • collaborate with kitchen team to meet order deadlines
  • follow health and safety regulations
  • assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation
  • contribute to menu development and presentation
