Job Requirements

  • Previous cooking/baking experience is preferred
  • Requires basic English and good communication skills
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Capable of performing repetitious duties
  • An open and flexible schedule that includes early mornings with a 4:00am start, weekend and holiday shifts
  • Must exhibit a positive attitude and have a passion for teamwork

Job Qualifications

  • Previous pastry experience and/or a culinary degree
  • A solid understanding of cooking ingredients and techniques
  • Ability to work independently at your station while being open to guidance and training
  • Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends

  • Prepare and present a range of delicious pastries and desserts
  • Assist senior cooks and contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment
  • Follow pastry culinary standards and recipes with precision
