  • technical pastry or baking degree or minimum two years technical baking and pastry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • ability to follow recipes and recalculations
  • proficient knife skills and equipment use

Job Duties

  • prepare bakes and garnish various pastries and desserts for different hotel outlets
  • execute plated desserts, amenities, and morning bakery production
  • ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation meet 5-star standards
  • follow daily production prep lists and standardized recipes
  • measure and mix ingredients accurately
  • operate kitchen equipment like Hobart mixers, combi ovens, deck ovens, ice cream machines
  • prioritize work assignments and meet production deadlines
