Job Duties
- Prepare designated food items in a sanitary and timely manner
- follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
- attend work reliably and on time
- assist in restocking items throughout the shift
- aid in cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and storage areas
- perform daily responsibilities including restaurant and banquet prep, plating, and basic production
- follow safety rules and practices
- perform job functions with minimal supervision
- prepare and plate all pastry and dessert items to Omni standards in a timely manner
- maintain intermediate baking skills and techniques
- follow all company procedures
