Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of relevant culinary experience
  • Proficient in pastry preparation and dessert techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • Effective communication skills in English

Job Qualifications

  • Intermediate culinary knowledge
  • Minimum two years culinary or related work experience
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good command of the English language
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders
  • Ensure preparation meets production requirements and quality standards
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Collaborate with culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
