Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of relevant culinary experience
- Proficient in pastry preparation and dessert techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Effective communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- Intermediate culinary knowledge
- Minimum two years culinary or related work experience
- Proficient knife skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good command of the English language
- Legal work authorization in the United States
Job Duties
- Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders
- Ensure preparation meets production requirements and quality standards
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Collaborate with culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
