Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years culinary or related work experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
  • Ensure flexibility to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry work area and equipment
  • Collaborate with culinary team to produce high-quality desserts that meet Four Seasons standards
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Assist in developing new pastry recipes and presentation techniques
