Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of pastry kitchen experience
  • prior luxury or fine dining background preferred
  • pastry degree or equivalent training
  • advanced pastry techniques proficiency
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen
  • background in luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or Forbes-rated environment preferred
  • pastry degree or equivalent hands-on training highly advantageous
  • proven ability to execute advanced pastry techniques

Job Duties

  • Execute advanced pastry creations including plated desserts, breakfast pastries, breads, amenities, and banquet production
  • support daily mise en place and service execution
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • collaborate with fellow pastry team members to ensure consistency and quality
  • guide and support junior pastry colleagues
  • uphold kitchen policies and safety protocols
  • manage inventory and ingredient quality
