Job Qualifications
- minimum of three years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen
- previous background in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or Forbes-rated environments
- pastry degree or equivalent hands-on training highly advantageous
- proven ability in advanced pastry techniques
- strong ingredient knowledge and seasonal awareness
- demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
- genuine passion for creating elevated guest experiences

Job Duties
- execute refined pastry creations across plated desserts, breakfast pastries, breads, amenities, and banquet stations
- support daily mise en place and service execution
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- apply advanced pastry techniques including baking and chocolate work
- contribute to positive team environment and uphold consistency
- support junior pastry colleagues through guidance and communication
- work efficiently under pressure while ensuring artistic presentation
