Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen
- Background in luxury hotel, fine-dining, or Forbes-rated environment preferred
- Pastry degree or equivalent hands-on training advantageous
- Ability to execute advanced pastry techniques
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen
- Previous background in luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or Forbes-rated environment preferred
- Pastry degree or equivalent hands-on training
- Proven ability in advanced pastry techniques such as baking, laminated doughs, chocolate work, and decorative presentation
- Strong ingredient knowledge and seasonal awareness
- Ability to guide and support junior pastry colleagues
- Genuine passion for elevated guest experiences
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Physical stamina to work in a high-energy kitchen environment
Job Duties
- Execute refined pastry creations across various stations including plated desserts, breakfast pastries, breads, amenities, and banquet production
- Support daily mise en place and service execution
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with pastry team to ensure consistency and quality
- Guide and support junior pastry colleagues
- Uphold presentation and ingredient standards
- Manage pastry inventory and ingredient preparation
