Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of culinary or related work experience
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Prepare sweet items such as pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates, and show pieces according to guest and banquet event orders
  • Maintain quality standards and adhere to production requirements
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and culinary team members
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
  • Follow health and safety regulations consistently
