Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of culinary or related work experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Prepare sweet items such as pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates, and show pieces according to guest and banquet event orders
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to production requirements
- Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
- Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and culinary team members
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
