Job Requirements
- 2+ years commercial baking/pastry experience or degree in pastry arts with 6+ months commercial baking/pastry experience
- flexible work availability including weekends
- WA Food Worker Card required within 14 days after hire
- equivalent education, skills, and/or experience necessary to perform the essential functions may be considered

Job Duties
- prepare pastries, baked goods, and dessert components using established recipes
- ensure each item meets quality, taste, and presentation standards before it goes out
- follow portion sizes, prep methods, and plating guidelines consistently
- maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
- handle, store, and rotate ingredients properly using FIFO practices
- assist with prep during slower periods and support the team during closing
- complete the closing checklist for pastry and kitchen stations
- join team meetings and contribute ideas
