- Ability to work Monday through Saturday

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of pastries and desserts according to club standards
- Produce wedding cakes, bon bons, petit fours, mini desserts, and entremets from scratch
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute a la carte and banquet dessert menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of bakery supplies
- Adapt to and uphold the club’s Platinum Standards in all pastry preparations
