Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years pastry experience
  • College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability to work extended hours
  • Proficiency in English
  • Understanding of financial objectives and ability to achieve them

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts
  • Collaborate with pastry chefs to develop new flavor profiles and dessert presentations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
  • Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
  • Assist in training new pastry staff and supporting team members
  • Adapt to extended work hours and dynamic kitchen demands
