Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods
  • Ability to navigate uneven or slippery surfaces
  • Ability to bend, twist, crouch, and stretch as required
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards
  • Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing
  • Use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and appropriately
  • Follow food safety and personal hygiene policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report proper cooking and appliance temperatures
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and organize workstations
  • Monitor food quality and portions throughout the shift
  • Adhere to company safety policies and report incidents
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team and guests
  • Assist in other reasonable duties as assigned
