Job Duties
- Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
- prepare the workspace with necessary baking tools and ingredients
- measure, weigh, blend, and dice ingredients accurately
- operate baking tools such as ovens, stoves, and mixers
- adhere to safety precautions when using utensils and baking equipment
- follow guidelines for safe storage of food products
- sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain cleanliness and safety
