Job Requirements

  • Certification in food safety
  • Experience in baking or related role preferred
  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to adhere to uniform and personal protective equipment guidelines
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in baking or related role preferred
  • Solid understanding of baking techniques and safety standards
  • Certification in food safety required
  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and prolonged standing
  • Familiarity with using personal protective equipment and uniforms

Job Duties

  • Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • Prepare the workspace with necessary baking tools and ingredients
  • Measure, weigh, blend, and dice ingredients accurately
  • Operate ovens, stoves, mixers, and other baking equipment
  • Follow safety precautions when using utensils and equipment
  • Ensure proper food storage and sanitation of work areas and tools
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
  • Follow Aramark safety and food sanitation guidelines
  • Protect organizational resources by adhering to security protocols
