Job Duties
- Prepare and execute pastries using recipe instructions, proper portioning methods, and pastry techniques to fulfill guest orders
- respond to the Chef or Manager on duty
- maintain a clean and organized workstation while preparing desserts
- frequently walk, kneel, bend, and reach during shifts
- bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 pounds to waist level
- lift, move, and carry up to 80 pounds frequently
- remain standing and active for 6-8 hour shifts
- safely use cleaning agents
