Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute pastries using recipe instructions, proper portioning methods, and pastry techniques to fulfill guest orders
  • respond to the Chef or Manager on duty
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation while preparing desserts
  • frequently walk, kneel, bend, and reach during shifts
  • bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 pounds to waist level
  • lift, move, and carry up to 80 pounds frequently
  • remain standing and active for 6-8 hour shifts
  • safely use cleaning agents
