We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Pastry Cook to join our esteemed culinary team at The Lodge at Spruce Peak. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about crafting inventive and delicious house-made desserts, pastries, and breads. The Pastry Cook will play a critical role in ensuring that all pastries and desserts are prepared and presented following our established high culinary standards and recipes. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain an organized and sanitary workstation, and collaboration with the team to support the ordering and receiving of supplies for event menus.
