Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of professional pastry experience
  • Provide three professional references
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
  • Comfortable with repetitive motions such as walking and bending
  • Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic kitchen Spanish is a plus

  • Strong knife skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to read and follow recipes accurately

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute pastry dishes consistently and with high-quality presentation
  • Plate desserts à la minute maintaining speed and precision
  • Follow recipes accurately and maintain efficient mise en place
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the pastry station
  • Participate in staging to demonstrate pastry skills when requested
  • Adapt to feedback and continuously refine techniques
