- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior baking and pastry experience
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- ability to lift 25 lbs or more
- flexible schedule availability with mandatory morning shifts
- strong teamwork and communication skills

- Prepare and execute key components of pastry
- ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes
- maintain safety and sanitation standards
- handle various bread types including focaccia, brioche, lamination and quick breads
- collaborate with culinary team to meet menu specifications
- manage kitchen inventory for pastry ingredients
- maintain clean and organized workspace
