- Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing before use
- Use baking and measuring tools and equipment safely
- Comply with food safety handling policies and personal hygiene procedures
- Check temperatures of kitchen appliances and food and report issues to management
- Clean and disinfect kitchen area and workstations
- Monitor quality of food and portions served
- Follow company policies including safety and security
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team and guests
- Support team goals and comply with quality standards
- Perform physical duties including moving and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Perform additional duties as required
