Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation guidelines, and food preparation checklists
- prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing for later use
- safely and properly use measuring, baking equipment, and kitchen appliances
- follow and enforce food safety and personal hygiene policies
- monitor cooking appliance and food temperatures and report issues to management
- wash and sanitize kitchen areas and workstations
- ensure food quality and portion control throughout shifts
- comply with company policies including safety and security protocols
- communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers
- support team goals and maintain positive working relationships
- perform physical tasks including lifting, moving objects up to 25 pounds, and working in various postures for extended periods
- execute other reasonable duties as directed by supervisors
