Job Requirements

  • less than one year of related work experience
  • ability to work full-time overnight shifts
  • physical ability to lift, move, and transport up to 25 pounds
  • adherence to food safety standards
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation, and food preparation checklist
  • prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing before use
  • safely and appropriately use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances for baking and cooking
  • comply with food safety and personal hygiene policies
  • check and report correct appliance and food temperatures
  • wash and sanitize kitchen area, set up and divide workstations, follow cleaning and hygiene procedures
  • monitor food quality and portion control throughout the shift
  • comply with company policies including safety reporting
  • maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
  • communicate clearly and professionally, answer phones with proper protocol
  • build and maintain positive work relationships and support team goals
  • follow quality standards and expectations
  • lift and move objects weighing 25 pounds or less
  • work on varied surface conditions
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
